I think about AI in 3 dimensions when it comes to strategy:

1. How can AI enable/support your strategy?

2. What's the impact of AI on your strategy?

3. How to use AI to support strategizing?

Marc, agree across the board. A few additions to each:

Ad 1. The interesting question is which limitations AI now lifts. What can organisations dare to do that they could not dare before, or could not afford before.

Ad 2. My article focuses mainly on the impact AI ambition has on business ambition, and the fusion that must follow. The reverse direction, how AI shifts the strategic landscape itself, deserves its own treatment.

Ad 3. AI in the strategizing process. This needs a walk-through of all the strategic processes, the ones you map so well, to see where AI genuinely helps today, where it does not yet, and how to direct it so the outputs are actually usable. Different stages have very different AI readiness.
